Supporting Youth and their Families to find the Right Care
Finding and accessing children’s and young people’s mental health and substance use services is difficult. Care Navigation creates a single point of access or “one” door to access mental health and substance use services for children and young people. Navigators help to determine what level of service may be needed and helps youth and families connect to those services with barriers and challenges in mind.
