OAKTON, VA (August 11, 2026) —HopeLink Behavioral Health, a nonprofit that provides services to individuals who live with behavioral health issues or that are in crisis, has named four new leaders to its board of directors: Jill Chow, communications executive; Laurian Eckle, retired tech consulting CEO; Stacey Gimbert, marketing executive; and Madeline Williams, attorney.
“Board members provide expertise and leadership as well as help steer and achieve our fundraising goals. We have an exceptional board and are excited to welcome these four highly accomplished women to it. Their insights and experience will help guide and support our critical work that saves and changes lives,” explained Joseph Getch, CEO, HopeLink Behavioral Health. HopeLink’s board members serve up to five, 2-year terms and contribute their time, talent and treasure to help ensure that HopeLink can achieve its mental health mission. These new members join 13 other local leaders on HopeLink’s board:
· Jill Chow is a communications executive who most recently served as vice president of Communications & Outreach at an international development organization that supported the work of USAID. On her board appointment, she shared: “I bring to HopeLink a deep commitment to individual and community well-being, organizational clarity, and mission-centered leadership.”
· Laurian Eckle is a retired tech consulting CEO. She startedSummit2Sea Consulting, LLC, which enabled organizations to reach peak performance and maximize their return on technology investment. On her appointment, she explained: “serving on the board allows me to align my professional experience with my desire to give back.”
· Stacey Gimbert is a marketing consultant with extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, and organizational and board development. Over the years, she has been a HopeLink volunteer, and in this new volunteer role, she said that she is “excited to see the continued growth and meaningful impact HopeLink has in our community.”
· Madeline Williams is an associate attorney with Holland & Knight who specializes in land use, housing and public policy issues. Having lost loved ones to mental health crises and addiction, she is passionate about ensuring others have access to the support and care and says that her background “has shaped my belief that providing mental health services in conjunction with housing—like HopeLink does—is key to producing lasting and successful outcomes.”
