Laura Mayer, PRS CrisisLink Program Director, was interviewed by the Today Show’s Tom Costello in our CrisisLink call center on November 23, 2019.

The interview covered the recent announcement by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Ajit Pai that the FCC will consider establishing 9-8-8 as the national suicide prevention hotline at their meeting on December 12, 2019. Laura Mayer was interviewed to share the national importance of this legislation and how it will impact local call centers, like PRS CrisisLink.
